HOW DO I GET STARTED?
Strolling is EASY!
STEP 1: DOWNLOAD AND REGISTER
Download our free Stroll Rider app on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
STEP 2: BOOK A RIDE
RIDES: Choose your pick-up and drop-off locations and wait for a driver to accept your ride!
COURIER: Visit our courier page, and select the book now button to schedule a pick-up or drop-off. Fill out the form provided with all the necessary information. A member of our team will contact you to confirm your booking details, tracking information, and payment confirmation.
STEP 3: GET YOUR RIDE
Stroll will send the nearest available driver to your pick up location. You will immediately know who your driver is, what type of vehicle they are driving, and a means of communicating with your driver (in-app messaging or voice call). Once you are in your Stroll, enjoy your ride!
COURIER: After receiving your booking confirmation, your Stroll Courier driver will contact you to advise on their estimated time of arrival as well as the type of vehicle they will be driving.
STEP 4: STROLL REVIEW
RIDES: Once you arrive at your drop-off location, complete the payment (your card on file will be processed for payment) and rate your driver!
COURIER: It’s that easy, Let Stroll do the rest! Once your package has arrived to it’s final destination, you are all set.
